The Role:

You will be our bookkeeper and the office "quarterback" and will perform the following activities:

  • Full Responsibility for Company Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
  • Coordination with Outsourced Accountant and Financial Analysis Firm
  • AR Management
  • AP Management
  • Bank Deposits
  • Phone Answering
  • Ad Hoc Office Duties
  • Visitor Management
  • Mail Management
  • Various Monthly reports
  • Office social events planning

The role also has broader scope at times which will see you lending a hand to the partners on various ad hoc tasks.

Required Competencies

  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Experience with Quickbooks and the classification functionality
  • Experience working in coordination with outsourced accountants
  • Experience with AR and AP management
