B2B SaaS Demand Generation Specialist (Remote)

Outcomes Expected
In this role reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll manage a portfolio of between 3 to 5 clients to:

  • Own full funnel forecasts, scorecards, and hypotheses for increasing marketing attributed closed-won revenue.
  • Own client results and relationships from start to finish. This includes strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Lead client communication with solid executive presence, reporting, and expectations management.
  • Work with other pods and team members to increase retention, drive referrals, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • You will **not** need to own SEO and Paid Media (Search & Social) campaigns yourself. Instead, you’ll work with dedicated consultants and their pod Directors in a dotted-line fashion.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Facilitate workshops with key client stakeholders to deep dive into pipeline data.
  • Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations data sanitization, full-funnel tracking, and automation hygiene.
  • Consult on website journeys including messaging, content, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Advise on website positioning & messaging to clarify who clients serve, the problems they solve, and how their solution helps.
  • Deploy marketing automation and lifecycle email marketing campaigns to nurture and reactivate pipeline.

Prior Success and Qualifications

You must have demonstrable experience executing demand generation programs for B2B SaaS teams at the individual contributor level for in-house or agency roles.

  • A successful track record of achieving or exceeding MQLs, SQL, and pipeline targets from your own hands-on efforts.
  • You worked directly with clients. You led meetings, gave presentations, and drove projects forward. 
  • You’re comfortable with large data sets to connect marketing data with insightful and actionable narratives, visualizations, and forecasts. You see yourself as an Excel pro.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot. Experience with Salesforce, and SaaS product analytics tools is an asset. 
  • Working effectively in fully remote-first or hybrid environments.
